Q1: Will I automatically start getting charged when the 30 day trial is over?
A1: MotionX has no recurring charges. Any service is optional and a one-time package. There are no recurring subscriptions. You will not be charged anything without your specifically requesting to purchase a Live Voice Guidance package through Apple in-app purchase.
Q2: Do I need to create a MotionX-ID to use MotionX-GPS Drive?
A2: MotionX-GPS Drive users may optionally create a MotionX-ID, including a username and password, to protect your Live Voice Guidance purchases and to access your purchases on multiple devices such as an iPhone and an iPad.

Q4: I already purchased Live Voice Guidance, what happens if I create a MotionX-ID?
A4: When you create a MotionX-ID, any prior Live Voice Guidance purchases are automatically added to your MotionX-ID. You can check the expiration date of your Live Voice Guidance in MotionX Settings at the top of the page.
Q5: Why is my email address used as my MotionX-ID?
A5: Your email address uniquely identifies you, and combined with your password ensures no one can use your MotionX-ID without your permission. Your email and password will remain completely confidential and will not be used for any other purpose. After an initial confirmation email, you will not receive any unsolicited communications from MotionX.
Q6: I thought I already had an account but can't sign in? I have used this application before many times and have already purchased live voice guidance?
A6: If you used a prior version of MotionX-GPS Drive (before version 4.0), you do not have a MotionX-ID yet and now you may create one. The MotionX-ID is different than your iTunes account login. Your Live Voice Guidance purchases will be applied to your new MotionX-ID automatically.
Q7: Do I need to log in every time I use MotionX-GPS Drive?
A7: No. You stay logged in until you choose to log out (from Settings > MotionX-ID). You will log in again only if you are using a different iPhone or iPad.
Q8: How do I use multiple devices with my Live Voice Guidance account?
A8: After you've created a MotionX-ID, sign in on your other devices with your MotionX-ID. Your purchases will automatically be applied. Your purchases will be combined if you have a balance on both devices.
Q9: I just replaced my iPhone. How do I get my Live Voice Guidance purchases on my new phone?
A9: Install MotionX-GPS Drive, then simply sign in with your MotionX-ID. Your purchases will be applied to your new phone automatically.
Q10: Can I use the same MotionX-ID on both my iPhone and my iPad?
A10: Yes, log in using the same MotionX-ID on both your iPhone and iPad. You will have access to your in-app purchases on both devices.
Q11: After the 30 Days of free Live Voice Guidance, will I be charged anything automatically?
A11: No, you are never charged automatically. You can choose to buy 30-day or 1-year Live Voice Guidances packages at any time from within the application.
